Fabbrica Unique, a leader in multi-material fabrication, and Cameo Kitchens, a bespoke residential cabinetry manufacturer, announced a strategic merger that brings together two companies with more than 43 years of experience each, forming the Fabbrica Unique Group, a unified entity designed to deliver exceptional products across residential and commercial markets.

Fabbrica Unique will remain the Group’s fabrication engine. Its capabilities span wood, metal, stone, glass, and composite finishes, supported by advanced robotics, multi-axis CNC machining, industrial finishing, and centralized engineering. “This merger is not about getting bigger," added Ferruccio Corrente Sr., CEO, Fabbrica Unique. "It is about raising the bar so high that anyone who follows will be measured against it. Cameo brings mastery of the craft; Fabbrica brings mastery of the machine. Together, we set a new benchmark for what cabinetry and fabrication should be in North America.”
Together, the two brands create a single platform capable of delivering custom craftsmanship supported by industrial reliability.
Company leaders said the merger consolidates critical areas of production and project support, including centralized engineering and shop drawing support, integrated fabrication under one roof, consistent quality oversight and finishing standards, streamlined project management and scheduling, and greater purchasing power and supply chain stability.
This unified approach, they say, allows the Fabbrica Unique Group to deliver environments that meet high expectations for performance, design, and longevity.
Both Fabbrica Unique and Cameo Kitchens began as family-driven enterprises in Canada, built on a foundation of craftsmanship, material expertise, and service. Over more than four decades, each company has earned the trust of private homeowners, commercial clients, and brand partners.
The merger allows the two divisions to combine experience and resources while maintaining their own design and fabrication identities. "The objective is not to become one company, but to become a better version of both," the company says.
